On May 12th 1998 within lawsuit about "Liability for links" the district court of Hamburg
(Aktenzeichen 312 O 85/98) decided, that one may has to stand one's trial for the links
built on one's internet site. This to avoid one has to dissociate from any topics of linked
sites, particularly if they contain violance, racial, pornographic
(Bayrisches Oberstes Landesgericht - AZ: 5 StRR 122/2000) or National Socialist matter.
The webmaster of stegert.de exerts to link only sites without contents named above.
Anyway I point out that I have no influence to any material of external pages linked on stegert.de
and I explicitly dissociate from all critical material that may be located on any page which can be accessed
from stegert.de. This statement applies to all links within pages and subpages of stegert.de (including
all pages within artifex@stegert).
